The UK is having a Motown Spectacular next year with the All Stars, Mary Wilson, etc Motown is still very big in the UK! Stevie Wonder has just re-released one of his oldies over here! I saw Diana Ross in Sheffield a couple of years ago - what professionalism! I have seen the Four Tops, The Supremes, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross and the Temptations - oh and not forgetting Gladys Knight and the Pips!

Thankfully enough people have remembered Motown to put "What's Going On" at #6 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of all time.

I'll bet most of you folks here dont remember Motown, but I do. It was and still is some of the best music around. It dont get no better than Motown. The Tops, the Temps, the Supremes, Smokey Robinson, all good stuff. |
