mild will do, but it will deteriorate after a while. i built a small one with .060 thick mild steel and only ran it 7 times before it burned up. im trying to come up with a design that uses standard plumming parts so more people can make them.

does the construction have to be stainless steel? or will mild steel do?

this video is great but i was wondering how you got it to be a valveless design without having it in a "U" shape. I have read that that is what takes the place of the valve. Also, where is it drawing air from? I dont see any intake pipes unless those two short pipes with the wires going into the combustion chamber also suck air?

Hi nice thermojet . I have a little question because i am building one at the moment and i have problems building a funnel to affiliate the burning chamber with the exhaust !! Would be nice if you have a plan or a simple construction for me !
