Ben Woodruff does a good tutorial on playing Foy's version, his username is PrehistoricForest.

I first heard Foy when he played support for Bonnie Raitt in Belfast. He was outstanding and I really enjoyed his dynamic set. Unfortunately I was really disappointed by Bonnie. She did the usual american thing, played like the record but there was no spark and no vitality and not once did she let rip on the slide guitar. Thank goodness Foy was on the bill.

You lucky b@stard! i haven't got the chance to witness Foy live yet, but it's on top of my list. First time I heard Foy was on irish tv, he played "be with me" and he blew me away big time! What come to this, I've always thought that one shouldn't make covers from Jimi, but if you do it like Foy does, what the hell... you can't beat this! Well done Foy!

I was lucky enough to actually be at this show. Foy is amazing.
