i live in Jefferson Parish and what this video does not explain is the situation of armed vandal trash who were clearly looting and main purpose of crossing the bridge was to come loot the neighborhoods of those in the parish on the other side of the bridge... Orleans parish police were not able to contain and control the crime going on during the chaos and jefferson parish did not want the taint to spread into its own, so blockading the bridge was a good idea. race was not a damn issue, so stfu

He did not say to vote for Jefferson he said not to vote for Carter.Harry Lee in the 50's had the "House of Lee" He stood againist everyone saying Blacks could eat there too.You are the kind of person that thinks he was a " fucking pig racist " b/c he would not let the blacks do whatever they wanted to. Harry Lee was a very racist sheriff. he basically said on the local news that if you are black and in a white neighborhood then you would will pulled over by the cops. besides, Jeff. Parish has a much lower population
