NY doesn't care whether or not your trust fund video camera was hit because it was in someones face provoking a reaction. Someones Constitutional Right of Assembly is extended to them when they are gathering in designated free speech areas, and of course, aren't drunk and disorderly. It helps to actually read the Bill of Rights. You share this world with other people and those people don't care about how you feel when you don't care about how they feel. You'll figure this out eventually.
