You obviously haven't seen the house featured on NBC where they intervied the man who set it up. And with their cameras rolling and him standing in front of it in daylight, it was going. He worked for a movie production company and he had a program on his computer you can set up lights to blink and flash at a programmed cycle. You can buy the program and equipment, but it'll cost you well over 100,000 dollars.
