Yes it's kind of hokey to think that picking up trash will solve our problems so how about this for a modest policy proposal that some might find worthy of support. We live in the old paradigm that some few of us can "own" the earth, its land and natural resources, and have the right to charge the rest of us for access to our own planet. In view of the fact that the earth belongs to all of us and that all of us create land value, that land value is ours to be paid by land owners to all of us.

Earth day makes me laugh seeing all these people picking up little cans and paperclips of the ground>very funny people want to save the earth when they cant even find a solution to world peace 'to big of a leap people! they want to save the earth when they cant even save themselfs WOW these people really think we are a threat to this earth! when this planet has been around for billions of years and they think a smple plastic bag is gonna fuck it up WOW WOW WOW!
