This song makes me sad. You see, I was diagnosed with Dementia which means I am gradually loosing my memory and im only 31. :( I just hope one day I don't wake up and know nothing.

I'll agree with nedal. get out in life and enjoy it, not saying you havenn't been but watch bucket list and see what i mean. i'm sorry to hear about the cancer possibility. i hope everything turns out ok. best of luck and dont think about it too much.

So, it is in attempt to experience this pleasure again that we persevere and endure hardships. Like drug addicts, we live to get high. The difference being that drug addicts do it through exogenous chemicals whereas we do it through endogenous ones. By the way, I am not suicidal - I'm a life addict unfortunately. :). Best to you.

I agree. What's harder for me to comprehend is the mass motivation to live. Going out in a blaze of glory is such an easier option than the life-long "struggle". I think life is a lot like a drug addiction. Lets say that some one decides that s/he is going to kill themselves, but first spend a month (and all his/her money) doing all the things s/he loves. Then when the moment comes at the end, s/he cannot do it b/c of the pleasure life gives.
